    Or by EIN or Federal Tax #:  952942582
  • For the “Purpose” of the grant, please specify: “Friends of La Puerta”
    NOTE: If you do not include “Friends of La Puerta” in your grant recommendation the grant will go into the San Diego Foundation’s general fund.
  • If your DAF form asks if you would like to notify a specific person about the grant, please specify: “Sarah Livia Brightwood”
